This notice explains how Lamma Vyapar handles information. It applies to the Android app distributed through Google Play.
Information handled by the app
Lamma Vyapar is an offline-first business utility. Business details, customer and supplier records, employee information, salary figures, inventory, transactions, logos, imported product photographs and generated documents are processed locally on your Android device. Nway Venture Games does not operate a server that receives or stores this business content.
Advertising and device data
The app uses Google Mobile Ads to fund free access. Google and its advertising partners may process device information, advertising identifiers, IP-derived information, ad interactions, approximate location inferred from an IP address and diagnostic data under Google's policies and your available consent choices. Advertising data is separate from the business records you enter in the app.
The app requests internet and network-state access for advertising. It does not request contacts, precise location, SMS, call logs or unrestricted device storage.
Photos, exports and sharing
Product images are selected only when you use Android's system photo picker. Documents and images are exported or shared only when you choose the corresponding action. Files you save to Documents or Pictures remain under your control and may be deleted using your device's file or gallery application.
Storage, security and deletion
Saved business data remains in app-private storage on your device. The app provides a PIN lock and encrypted backup using AES-256-GCM. You may delete individual records and projects in the app. Removing the app deletes its app-private data; previously exported files remain until you delete them separately.
Business and government information
Lamma Vyapar provides calculators, document helpers and links to official government portals for general business assistance. It does not provide loans, accept loan applications, file tax returns or act as a government agency, chartered accountant or financial adviser. Verify important calculations and documents before official use.
Children
Lamma Vyapar is intended for business users and is not designed for children.
Policy changes
We may update this notice when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
